Kovai Pudur is a good locality, and has decent infrastructure that would definitely keep the people living in the area happy. CBM School, Subhash Chandra Bose School,are some schhols in the area, and hospitals include K J Hospital, and Priya Hospital.

I'll tell you the prices for the project. The 1 BHK apartment costs Rs 16 lakh, 2 BHK lies between Rs 23 lakh to Rs 29 lakh, and the 3 BHK is priced at Rs 34 lakh. I think the prices are very reasonable.

Yes, i have heard a lot about the project, actually and from what i saw, it is pretty decent. Equiped with amenities like swimming pool, 24-hour power backup, security, intercom facility, rain water harvesting, wifi, and gymnasium, the project is ideal for families.

The project is being developed by Saidhaan Developers, who have a lot of other residential projects in the city. Also the expected possession date is November 2015, which should suit your requirements. The project has 100 to 500 units being offered for sale.

Apartments with the variation of 1 BHK, 2BHK, and 3 BHK are being offered by the builders. The floor area is 500 sq ft, 750 sq ft, and 1100 sq ft, respectively, which should give you enough options to choose from, right?
