Here, in this region, you can see that the individual houses also. The rate of a house in this locality is starts from rs. 1460 rupees to rs. 3000 per square feet. On an average, the rate revolves around rs. 2200 and all.

I can point out some information about the price of apartments in this area. The proximity of Aluva has made the real estate of this region also quite expensive. Here, you can find a few apartments. The average price of an apartment is around 3230 rupees per square feet. The minimum amount is around 3,068 rupees per square feet.

Even the connectivity from the Cochin International Airport is also excellent. You can see that this airport which is at Nedumbassery is only 13 odd kilometres from here. which means that you can travel to the airport in just half an hour!!

Ulliyannoor is near to Aluva, no, that is why even the railway connectivity to this region is also quite good. Means, you can easily access this region even if you are coming from a distant area also. The Aluva railway station is just 4.5 km from here. It will take you less than half an hour to reach this locality from there.

Actually, you know, Kunjunnikkara, Kadungalloor, Choornikkara, Kunnathery Thikavu, Periyar Nagar, Thottakkattukara, etc. are some of the neighbouring area to Ulliyannoor. The Periyar river as well as the Ongithodu river flow by the side of this locality.

In Uliyannur, there are not many recreational centres here. Most of the people who want to watch movie and all, can easily access some of the popular theatres in Kochi such as the Zeenath Theatre, Casino Cinema theatre etc. There are some good eat-outs here like the Thanzeeb Kunjunnikkara restaurant, hotel Surya, Chicking, Flora Airport Hotel, etc.

In my opinion, there is not that great commercial sector that you can see here. But, there are some small shops that cater to the needs of the residents here. Some of the good shops, shopping malls, and shopping centres here and in the nearby locality are Apna Sale Shop, Students Book centre, Navya Bake Shop, Oberon Mall, Bay Pride Mall, Abad Nuclear Mall, etc.

Hey, yeah..in Ulliyannur, you can see that the connectivity is quite good. The Aluva Flyover passes through this locality. The region is near to the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari road. The Kadungalloor road is also passing through here. Other than this there are also many link roads like Eloorkara road, and bylane road etc.

Hi, good to hear that you are moving to Kochi. Uliyannoor which you are going to settle down is actually very near to Aluva. You must have heard about Aluva, no..? This is a little far away almost 30 odd kilometres from Kochi. But, then, the nearest town of Aluva is quite a well developed one.
