I think for an apartment or even an individual house, the price here is around rs. 2500 to rs. 4500 per square feet. You know, this is because of the proximity to the town of Edappally and also the lulu mall. Even the smart city as well as the Infopark are also nearby only.

yeah..moreover, the land in this region is much demanded. I came to know that the price in this locality is very high as it is in the city limits itself. For even an empty residential plot in this region, you might have to pay around 1.83 lakhs per square metre here.

Hey, i think that the metro can be seen in a distance of 600 mtrs from this locality. It is also very good in the case of connectivity by flights also. You can see that the Cochin International Airport which is at Nedumbassery is just 20 km from here. For regular travellers, this might be a very positive factor no?

Hi, I would like to mention here that the connectivity by the railway is very good here. If you are planning to settle down in this locality, then you can get local connectivity by trains also as the Edappally railway station is very near to this locality. The Ernakulam South Railway station which is the popular railway station of Kochi is also just 13 km from here.

As said earlier, this prime residential locality has only a few commercial features. If you have to access bank, then I think few of them you can find in the locality and few in the nearby areas. In the locality there are State Bank of India, Edappally Vadakkumbakam Service Cooperative Bank, City Union Bank etc. And in the nearby localities, you can access almost all leading banks.

Hey, if you are planning to shift to any apartment here, then just for your information I am listing out some apartments for you. The Oceanus Maple is the most famous of them all. Then you can also find others also such as the Asset first circle, Nucleus Rhyme, etc. Skyline Orion Villas as well as Trinity Apartments are in the nearby localities itself.

Do you know, this locality is near to some other prominent localities in Kochi. This accounts to the real estate value of this area. Muttar is in this locality itself. Industrial Estate, Luiz Gardens, Mather Nagar, Thirunilath Housing Colony, KP Nagar, Amrita Nagar etc are some of the nearby localities in this region.

I dont think that there are any great commercial infrastructure in this area. Only some grocery shops and small provisional stores can be seen mostly. No exceptional malls or anything here. But, Lulu mall is just a 15 minutes drive from here as well as the markets of Edappally junction also.

Hey, doesnt social infrastructure also include hospitals also..Then, I can point out some of the good hospitals and some clinics in this area...Some of them include Cochin Corporation Homeo Dispensary and Al Shifa Hospital in this area. The KIMS hospital is very near to this area, so is the Amritha Institute of Medical Sciences.

Yeah...i have been in this locality for quite a few years.. You can see some schools near to this region. The Government School, kochi Nagarasabha Anganwadi, Vincential Convent school, Vidyodaya School, School of Accountancy and Management, Amritha School of Art & Sciences etc are some of the schools and colleges etc near to this locality.

Vattekkunnam is a good locality that is located towards the northern side of the locality. When you visit this locality, you can clearly see that this is mostly residential in nature. There are many small colonies located near to this region such as Kainath road, etc. The Edappally river also passes through this locality. This is in general about the locality.

hey, if you are a regular traveller, then you can be satisfied about the connectivity of this region. The Edappally-Panvel Highway is situated very adjacent to this locality. This provides connectivity to various parts of kochi as well as many other districts along this road. The VP Marakkar Road connects this region to the Salem Kochi Kanyakumari highway also. This makes interstate travels also quite easier.
