Latest Answer: They actually discussed about expediting the work of metro stations and depot at Muttom. It was also decided to organise project steering committee meetings more frequently to monitor the works closely and also to keep the communication line open.

Latest Answer: I wanted to add that the other stretches being developed include Vellanad- Chettachal road in Thiruvananthapuram, Vidya Nagar- Meipadi- Seethangoli road, Uppala- Kanyana road in Kasaragod, Chowa- Mattanur road in Kannur, and Kanjirapilly-Kanjiramkavala road in Kottayam.

Q: Hey, does anybody knows about the locality of Kottuvally in Kochi? I and my family are planning to settle there. Can I know is this good for living with family? What are the facilities that are available here.
Latest Answer: Exactly, I recently came to know about the prices of the plots also in this area of Kottuvally. The plots are a good investment especially in this part of Kochi. As for now, the price of the apartments are around rs. 400 to 800 per square feet here.

Q: Hi, I am shifting to Kochi by the end of this year and was looking for a villa in Thiruvankulam. Any suggestions about T Cube villas and what are their dates for posession?

Latest Answer: T-Cube builders are real estate company that is building the property and I think that they have already completed a residential project already in Kochi. They are currently working on this one and another project in Irumpanam. I am not sure about the quality of their work though.

Q: Hi, I am moving to Kochi with my partner this year and was looking for a 2/3 bhk apartment in Chottanikara. Any information related to builders of RM Homes Darshan Enclave?

Latest Answer: There are a lot of good schools located in vicinity to the project. Major hospitals in the area are also close to the location of the project. Some of them include L.P. School, Mahatma Gandhi Public School, MGP School, St. Mary's High School, Trident Dental Clinic, and Karuna Hospital are the nearest to the project.

Q: Hi there, Hi, Rajesh here. Is there any legitimate information about the legal issues that are going on between the Builders and apartment owners in Kochi. Can anyone give their opinion about this?

Latest Answer: Now, one more thing, you know, as the builders do not complete their work on time, the banks with which they have approvals do not allot the loan amount. This is because, the banks allot fund only after the completion of each phase of the project. Such a problem is worst for the NRIs, because most of these flat owners are NRI's and they visit Kerala once only in a year. there is difficulty in monitoring and following the construction process. I also agree that there should be a monitoring authority for this.

Latest Answer: The property is located at a close range from several hospital, schools and shopping malls. Latest Answer: yeah..most of the property in this area are individual houses. For an individual house, you can see that the price is like 2000 rupees or so for a square feet land. The plots are also available in this area. The price is around rs. 300 for a square feet plot.

Latest Answer: If you want to know about the railway connectivity to this region from other parts of the country, I would like to mention that the Aluva railway station is the nearest. but for superfast passenger trains and all, i guess, you have to reach the Ernakulam South Railway station. It is around 38 km from this area. It will take you about 1 and a half hours to reach there. The Cochin International airport is 22 km away from here.
