Q: Hello all, I want to invest in some property in Hyderabad, and my budget is very low. I would like to know if there are any housing units on the price range of 10 lakhs to 35 lakhs or so.

Most of the apartments that are coming up in Nagaram are in the price range of below 30 lakhs itself. HMR Delight, Sri Sai Apartment, Modi Paramount Avenue, Vignan Enclave, Modi Paramount Recidency are some of the places i think you should see.

Whenever you are investing in some property, it is always better to invest in a place which has a good value and is appreciated in terms of land. Habsiguda is one such place. You have a lot of apartments here to choose from, like the Arsh Residency, Sri Sai Habitat, Sri Sai Heights etc.

I think Bowenpally is a good locality in terms of housing units. I am sure you can find some good apartments here and live comfortably. I will list some good projects like Manasarovar Green Heights, Sreevari Vihar, Sattellite township Block E , Sree Salasar Gardenia, and Ag towers. All these apartments have 2 and 3 bhk houses for sale.

Some projects in Alwal are, Janapriya Arcadia apartments, Modi Greenwood residency, Akshay Fortune, Gayatri Avenue, Vinuthna Residency, Sai Residency, and Meridian Pride. See for 2 bhk a aprtments and make a good choice. They are all under 35 lakhs only.

For budget homes, I think Uppal will be a good place to. It is a good locality to live in and there are some projects that may interest you like SVS Prithvi Heights, AV Hare Ram residency, Apurupas Srinivas Heights, are the apartment projcts, And also, the good thing with Uppal is that there are some villa projects in this area as well in your budget. Tirumala Nagar, Vaibhavi Garden Homes, are soem of the villa projects in that area which you can look at.

Go for Kompally. You have many options there. The connectivity to Kompally is not that great, but the area is coming up in terms of development. and the development is happening pretty fast too. I can tell you some apartments in this project.. like the Sri Gajanana Residency, Trident Grande, Modi SIlver Springs, Aparna Kanopy Tulip, Cascade Greens Lily and Anshu Life Style apartments are some places where you can invest in.

Very few projects in that price range are available in the Miyapur area as well. Miyapur is close to the IT hub, and therefore the prices in the surrounding areas will go up really soon. So i think it is a good idea to invest in Miyapur too. Empire Meadows, Yashoda Sannishi, Shri Chakri Anjani Homes, Poojitha Elite, Parkwood Signature, ARK Towers are some of the apartments in here that are within your budget.

Nacharam will be good choice too for a house. but ofcourse you will only be getting apartments in here. I think there are some really good apartment projects in here, such as, Adithya Pearl Apartments, Sai Ratna Heights, Sri Sai Arcade, Raheja Vistas, where you will be able to get 2 bhk apartments between 10 to 35 lakhs.

Sainikpuri is another locality which is nearby, This place also has some apartment projects in the price range that you have mentioned. Janapriya Lake Front, Matrixx Majestic, Vineyard Osetra and Vineyard CeaserCastle are some of the good projects in here. Hey out of the very well developed ares in Hyderabad, A S Rao Nagar is a very prime locality where there are lots of housing units. There is the Saket Sriram in here, which was built by the Saket Group of builders, and they are offering you apartments starting from 29 lakhs. So, i think it is a good project. Sri Salasar Sri Krishna Royale is another such project which has good apartments for sale , starting for 25 lakhs and 29 lakhs.
