Q: I got a job offer in Nallampalayam in Coimbatore, Before confirming, i just wanted to ask around to get some idea about the locality. Should i go for it?

The average property prices in Nallampalayam is around Rs4700 per sq ft, which is quite reasonable, don't you think? Especially when taken together with the infratructure and the location, the prices are bound to increase in the futyre, so its better to buy a property now, when they are at a decent level.

The locality has some good hospitals to choose from so that you don't have to worry about medical emergencies like Joseph Hospital , Nantha Hospitals, Integrated Cardian Center, PSG Hospital, GR Hospital ,Roselet Medical Center, Coimbatore Kidney Centre, Rapha Health and Wellness Centre.

Nallampalayam has a very good network of roads around. Some of the prominent roads passing through the locality are Nallampalayam Road, Sangaralinganar Road, NH-67, MTP Road, and Sanganoor Main Road. These roads ushered in some much needed development in the area.

The locality is situated at a distance of 14 KM from Coimbatore International Airport, and can be reached via Avinashi Road. Also Coimbatore Junction is at a distance of 7.5 km away from the locality and can be reached via NH-67..

Don't worry, Nallampalayam is a nice locality, located in the northern region of the city, the area is surrounded by some prominent localities like GN Mills, Koundampalayam, Sanganoor, Laxmi Nagar, Manikarampalayam, Abirami Nagar, Kannappa Nagar, Jayanthi Nagar, and Kalpana Layout.
