If you are planning to rent a house in this area, I think you can easily get a 3 bhk for around rs. 6000 per month. The rent price is low here compared to other localities in Kochi. Very good houses are available for around 20 thousand per month.

yeah. But, most of the property that you can find in this locality are only individual houses. For an individual house, the price is slightly higher. The price can be around rs. 3500 per square feet. The maximum price of the houses are near to the ICT Road. Here, the price can go as high as rs. 4500 per square feet.

Oh yeah..even for the residential plots here, the price is just around Rs. 300 to Rs. 800 per square feet. You can also get parches of agricultural land here for just around rs. 150 to Rs. 300 per square feet.

Hey, Rob, If you are interested in the price of the Apartments, then I can give you a general idea about this. Most of the apartments have the per square feet area around the market price. The market price in the present phase is around rs. 2500 per square feet. This is lot lesser than other areas in Kochi.

hi there, you can also get good connectivity via the flights also. The Cochin International Airport is in Kochi and is very easily accessible from this region via the NH 47. There is a distance of 24 km from the locality to the Airport.

One of the good things I am impressed about living in this locality is the good connectivity to this region. The NH47C provides connectivity to the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station. It is just 14 km from here. Edapally railway station is also nearby only.

in my opinion, knowing about the nearby localities is also very important. For this locality, I think that I can give some important residential localities. Some of them are Pizhala, Kadamakkudy, Chennur, Mathrupalli, Moolampilly, South Chittoor etc.

Hey, the commercial infrastructure of this region is also quite good. In this region, you can see even a small commercial development. I would like to point out some good stores in this region such as Lily Provision Store, Malooty Stores, Casuals shop, etc. here.

True that...This is because, the ICT road passes through the centre of the locality providing connectivity to the main parts of the city. The Kothad bridge connects to the South Chittoor region of Kochi. There are also some link roads that connect to the various parts of Kothad like Vazhathara Road, Pizhala Kothad road, etc in this region.

For hospitals and such health infrastructure, i think there are just some small clinics here. For the nearest hospital, I think the Aster Medcity or the Primary health centre are easily approachable. Even the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Ernakulam Medical Sciences, Lisie hospitals and other popular hospitals are easily accessible from here.

Yeah...for residential purpose, this is quite good choice, actually. As required, i think, i can provide information about the schools and other social institutions here. The educational development has been impressive here. The Higher Secondary School of Jesus is a famous school here. Other than that,l there are some very good schools such as the St. Francis School, AMMLP School, etc in the nearby areas also.

I think it is one very good locality to live in. If it is for spending your holidays, it is even better. Because, this is one of the best backwater islands in Kochi. This is about 10 kilometre distance from the city area. Most of the people here depend upon agriculture, especially coconut and Pokkali Rice. This place is also famous for chemmeen Kettu which is the traditional prawn farming.

Is this area a good residential locality? Can I get any social infrastructural benefits here like any good shops or recreation facilities?
