Here is some information about the average prices for the properties in the area. Currently the approx rate is around 3800 per sq ft. This price can basically be attributed to the fact that the locality is a part of Singanallur locality, which is considered amongst the better localites in the city.

The locality has some good hospitals to choose from so that you don't have to worry about medical emergencies like Coimbatore Child Trust Hospitals, Integrated Cardian Center, PSG Hospital, GR Hospital ,Roselet Medical Center, Coimbatore Kidney Centre, Orthopaedic Hospital Tamil Nadu etc.

The locality is situated at a distance of 8 km away from the Coimbatore International Airport and is connected via Avinashi Road and Kamaraj Road, and the Coimbatore Junction is at a distance of around 7 km away from the locality and can be reached via NH 67.

Yes, i can provide you some information about the road network in the locality. Some of the major roads in the area are Vellalore Road, Nanjunda Puram Road, Trichy Road, Sowripalayam Road, and Kamaraj Road. These roads propelled the development in the area as well.

Yeah, i have been staying in the locality for the past 9 years and trust me, the locality is quite decent, actually. Situated in the south eastern parts of the locality, the place has prominent localities like Singanallur, Kallimadai, Keelakarai, Vasanth Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Kothari Layout, Sowripalayam Pirivu, and Kongu Nagar.
