Need Help on Information Abt this Project

Q: Hi,

I am planning to book a flat in this project.
I wana know abt the Builder, build quality, legal issues, area growth, etc...

Please let me know if anyone has booked a flat here.

Currently the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3000. The project has been approved by BBMP and banks like SBI, HDFC, LIC and Indiabulls. The expected possession is by October 2015 and it is a G+3 floors structure. The total land area in this project is 18,000 sqft.

The size of the apartment ranges from 943 sqft to 1385 sqft. There will be 36 units in total out of which 32 units will be 2 bhk and 4 units of 3 bhk units. There is very basic amenities in this project.

Hey Arun, If I am not wrong then SK Brindavan is their first project. The project will have 36 units witha combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. SK Brindavan is located at Kalkere main road with facing Rampura Lake.

Horamavu is located in North Bangalore which is developing rapidly.Hormavu is undoubtedly well-connected to the complete city. It is located 2 kms from Outer Ring Roa. ITPL, Whitefield and Nagavara are hardly 5-10 km away. The Real Estate sector is also developing along with the development of the area.
