This particular project will take a lot of time to complete from now on, as they are still on the papers and in the pre launch state. I have heard that almost 3 years will be required for this project to be done.

Yeah, coming to the built up area of of these villas, is 1000 sq yard for the total plot and the villa itself will have a built up area of around 5000 sq ft. So you can be sure that they are huge comfortable villas.

I have contacted the builders and they have confirmed that the construction has not begun as yet, and it will take another 3 to 6 months for them to begin the construction.

This place is close to the financial district of the city, so you can expect the prices to be pretty high. The builders are charging you around 12,000 rupees per sq ft for this project and the total cost for these villas will come lose to rupees 6 crore.

While there is isn't much information available on the amenities provided, here is what i found,; the place has reserved parking, swimming pool, intercom facility, lifts, fitness centre, gymnasium, security personnel, water storage. This should help make the staying experience quite easy, right?

Hey, i wanted to tell you that the project is being conceived by Ektha Prime Builders Pvt Ltd, who have already finished work on two residential projects and have 4 new ones, upcoming. The project is presently under construction, but work is expected to be completed in the next 2 years.
