I think the project was completed long back. Is it worth buying a old property in this rate?

Yes the project was completed in 2004 and I do not feel it is worth buying such old property at this price. If you are interested you can looking for projects like Confident Aquila, PSR Flora and BM Harvest. All these projects are newly constructed.
