Jain housing Pebble Brook Chennai Karapakkam is next to graveyard right next to the Block 13 entry gates. These guys have cheated me and never told that there is a graveyard. The graveyard is so close that the you can smell the body fumings on the very entry of main gate.Every time you enter or come out you can see/smell fumings.Its disgusting. The open air fuming is done. I have already complained but no answer or any action form management. They simply deny this.

Can anybody enlighten me regarding the groundwater issue in Perungudi, due to the waste dump and dumping of waste in Pallikaranai Marsh. I was told the brackishness of the water is increasing and even with purification the water in days to come cannot be used except for flushout. So one has to buy water for drinking and washing clothes. Can anybody enlighten?

Hi all, Perungudi, Chennai is one of the promising area for investment in residential real estate market. As in current market price trends in these location is around 6666 to 7999 per sq/ft. and if any one compaire with the previous yrs rate it is around 6000 to 6100 per sq ft. so you can evaluate the price appreciation in these localities.
