As per sources, the average residential price of this sector has shown improvement . In year 2009 ,the average residential price of this sector was around 2900/sq-ft. In year 2015 , this price touched approx 11000/sq-ft. This improvement is actually attractive & eye catching . Here you can see, around 8% to 9% improvement in this graph. My opinion, it is a suitable time for investment in this sector. Definitely return of investment will be in very handsome figure.

Arihant Hospital & Anand Hospital are within the vicinity .
