Thanks you so much for giving me all information I need about sector and project. Still I have one more doubt about this location. I want to know how is the price trend of this sector? Is it increasing?

Hi Nakul,
In my point of view, in year 2009 this sector had 2900/sq-ft price which showed rapid improvement in year 2012 & 2013. After many economical ups & downs currently this sector has 8950/sq-ft. This price trend indicates that there has been significant increase in property price since year 2011. This sector promises to be good for capital appreciation. Connectivity & educational point of view this location is best in Gurgaon.

As per my knowledge,this sector is surrounded by other sectors like Sector 51, Sector 52 &Sector 56. The locality has both privately developed projects as well as cooperative housing. Sushant Lok III is one of the most popular localities of Gurgaon. This sector is an emerging market place. The Hong Kong Bazaar Mall, Bestech Central Square Mall, SRS Value Bazar which houses Om Sweets, Domino's Pizza, Vasuki Sweets etc are major attractions for the residents.

In my point of view, this sector is already having residents & residential projects. So there are no issues of any amenities. This sector is prime & decent locality with good environment. Lots of open spaces and mainly dominated by builder floor apartments and villas in this locality. With a large number of families already living here, surely residents have no worries in terms of security or facilities.

It is a peaceful fresh area to live in with all amenities nearby. It is least polluted sector in Gurgaon. It is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area. Water is provided to this sector by Haryana Urban Development Authority & Electricity is supplied by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN). The rate of investment in this sector is High.

As per my knowledge, Educational point of view this sector is surrounded by Presidium School Gurgaon, Lotus valley International School, The Heritage School, Manav Rachna International School & Scottish High International School. Major colleges like IILM Institute For Higher Education, B M Institute of Technology and Management & School of Inspired Leadership are near by to this sector.

Yes Mr Baldeep I agree with you. But apart from schools & colleges , this sector is also surrounded by other major facilities like banks & hospitals.
Major hospitals like Artemis Hospital, Paras Hospitals & Arihant Hospital are surrounded to this sector. Major banks like Axis Bank ,HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Andhra Bank few kilometers away from this sector.

As per my conversation with builder executive , I came to know that, this project is coming with luxurious Hawaiian life style 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment , area ranging from 2231 sq-ft to 3283 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 6500/sq-ft. It has 5 Blocks & 18 floors. This project possession is December 2014.
