I agree that the price is more, but there are also many good facilities that are being offered in this villas are also really good. many modern facilities like a cafeteria, intercom facility, a badminton court, a basket ball court, a gym and some maintenance staff are being provided in this project.

Yes, but these villas are priced a little more, dont you think? The price basically starts from 1.6 crore - 1.7 crore for the 3 bhk apartments, and for the 4 bhk apartmnets, the price starts from 2.1 crore to 2.7 crore.

The floor plans of these houses seem very good, they have nice spacious sit outs and they are also giving space for a small backyard and ample parking space as well. I think you should reallytake a look at these visions urjith details

Coming to the area of these villas, they are pretty spacious.. The 3 bhk have an area of 2800 sq ft to 2850 sq ft and the 4 bhk villas on this project starts from 3500 sq ft to 4530 sq ftt, and being duplex houses, they seem very good.

the Visions Avenues properties is building this property, and this is one of their first few properties. But are you looking to move in right now, then I dont think it is possible as the construction is still on, and it will be completed by Feb 2017

Hi, Raghavendra. I think it is a great idea that you are planningto buy a villa there. The villas are all basically 3 bhk and 4 bhk apartments again, and the entire property is coming up in over 43 acres of land so it is a big budget plan wit more than a 300 units for sale.
