Q: Hi, I am Suraj. I am thinking about relocating to the Ramgopalpet area in Hyderabad, and I am not so sure about this place as I am not from Hyderabad. Any suggestions and information on this place?

apart from the regular water problem that is present everywhere in Hyderabad, and the waste disposal near the area hat fall close to the Hussian Sagar lake, there are not many other civic issues also in this place. I think you will be able to live comfortably in this area.

Hey I just found this list of some of teh apartments that have a few units for sale in the Ramgopalpet area.. many of the apartments like Silevr Jubliee housing apartments, Sri Sai residency, Aasra apartments, Creative Homes and DIvya NIvas seem to be having good 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments. You can also get a lot of MMTS trains and local trains from this locality, as the Necklace road MMTS station is pretty lose to this place. The James Street MMTs station is also 2 km away from this place.

Ramgopalpet also has some really good medical facilities as well. You have the Sunshine Multi speciality Hospital right there, and The Secunderabad Womens hospital and KIMS are right there, Many other private clinics are also present in the locality nearby.

Some very good and reputed schools are also present in this locality as well. The St. Marks School, Little Millenium school, St Brittos, St anthonys high school, Wesley Boys High School and the PG college is also located in here. the Osmania PG college is also located in this locality.

It is a well known commercial center of the city, and being close to so many developed localities, this place has also seem a lot of development in the past few years. Many new malls and recreational facilities like the eat street, the Prasads mall have come up in here.

Yes, and this being an old locality, there are some independent houses for you to look at as well. They are mostly resale houses, and they start from a price of around 4,800 rupees per sq ft. You should visit the locality once and check it out.

Hey, if you are moving in here, you should be looking for some apartments to stay in, so basically the price of the apartments in here starts from 4,000 rupees per sq ft. Reasonable price only I think considering that fact that it is in the heart of the city.

Hey Suraj, dont worry. This is a very good place to live in, The connectivity aspect of this place is really nice. As it is close to the Secunderabad Junction and the Railway Station, you can always get good buses and autos as well from this place.

You have to worry about having to live in this place, it is a very developed place and i am sure you will be able to find a good place for yourself in here. it is one of the oldest localities in the city, and has its own advantages of living there.

Hello Suraj, this area is close to the Hussain Sagar lake and it is close to many commercial and residential hubs of the city. The location of these area is also very nice, close to the center of the city, so it is nice to live in.
