Q: Helo. I am Ravi Kumar, and right now I live in Bachupally. I and my partner wish to live somewhere close to the city. I was considering Rani Gunj. Please tell me how this place is.
If you are looking for some apartments that have a few units for sale, then I think that Sterling Apartmnets, and Yadireddy apartments, and Immadisetty apartments have some units for sale. You have some more information on these apartments in here, just take a look once apartments for sale in rani gunj
Not only that, the Telangana Government is anyway planning to clean up the Hussain Sagar lake this summer, so I a sure that it will be come a bigger tourist spot now, which will have an indirect impact on all the surroundings around that place.
I agree, and moreover. Investing in areas like Rani Gunj will never disappoint you. and you may even get some profitable oppurtunities in the future. So if you look at this from the investment side also, I think this will be a good idea.
Hey in my view there will be much more development in this area in the future starting from now. The state government has recently taken a decision to build some sky scrapers in and around this city, I am sure you must have heard about this new, So I think that this will bring up value of this area.
Consider renting out a place also as an option. It is more economical you know. The average renting price in this area is around rupees 12,000 to 15,000 rupees per month, so it is pretty reasonable.
Yes, social infrastructure and also the recreational and entertainment facilities are good in this place. The Prasads Mall in close to this place, as well as the Eat Street. And also, Tank Bund is right in here, so you can never be bored in this place!
The social infrastructure of this place is also really nice in my opinion. here are some really good schools in and around this locality like the St. Brittos High School, Pearls Primary School, Saraswathi Kanya Vidyalaya, St Marks High School and St Anthonys High School.
Yes, accessibility and teh connectivity is one good part of it. You can also get the local MMTS trains from the James Street MMTS station and the Necklace Road MMTS station. If you have to go to the western part of Hyderabad, like Gachibowli and all, this option can be very useful for you.
I am sure that one of the reasons that you are choosing to move close to the city is because of the travel and accessibility part. Which is actually an advantage if you move to the Rani Gunj area. Many buses re available from this area, and the Secuderabad Junction is not far too.
I think it is a good idea that you are moving to a place that is closer to the city. You sould consider living in apartments in this area as the are the most easily available type of in Rani Gunj. The basic price starts from rupees 4,100 rupees per sq ft.
Hello, I have heard that there are some independent houses that are offering the houses for resale. You should check these options out as well. For the independent houses, the price starts from around 6,000 rupees per sq ft or so.
Hey Ravi, are you sure you want to live in this area? It is a nice place to live in and I agree that it is a very developed place, but there is a huge amount of traffic in this area as it is a major commercial area. It is also very densely populated.
Hai, Ravi.. The area right next to the tank bund is the Rani Gunj area, and being so close to the center if the city, there is actually a lot of development in this locality. Mostly, it is a major commercial destination, and the main business in this area is about the service parts and automobiles.
