I came to know about the price of the apartments in this area and the nearby areas such as Thrikkakara and all. I think that maximum amount you need to expect for an apartment here is around rs. 4000 per square feet. The average amount is around 3000 rupees per square feet.
Yeah..but, you know, the dominant type of property that you can see here are individual houses only. I am a resident here. As per the recent market price here, I think the price is fixed at 3116 rs per square feet at an average.
Oh..yeah...actually, this is the same for the connectivity via railway also. You can reach the Edapally railway station very easily for local trains. For long distance travels, you can go to the ernakulam junction south railway station in 45 minutes as it is just 16 km away from here.

I have a good impression about the social infrastructure of this region. Especially, if you take the case of schools and educational institutions here, you can see some decent schools such as Campion School, Vidyodaya School, Rajagiri Higher Secondary School, Bhavan's Varuna Vidyalaya, School of Management Studies, St. Paul's International School, Rajagiri Public School, St. Joseph's School, Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School, Cardinal High School, etc. in this area.
I was informed that there are no good apartments in this region. I am sure that there are some good individual houses as well as some good villa projects in this area. For apartments, i think you can see some very good apartments in the nearby region like Olive Courtyard, Skyline Palmtop, Calden Heights, Trinity Apartments, Neelam Apartments, Bellwoods, etc.
The connectivity is very good in this locality. The HMT Road passes through the north of this locality. The Seaport-Airport road is to the west, the kangarappady Medical College Road is to the east, the Edappally Pukkattupady road passes through the south of this locality.
Kaipadamugal is quite a good locality near to the some very good localities in Kochi. Karippassery, Kangarappady, HMT Kalamassery, Hidayath Nagar, Haritha Nagar, Vallathol Padi, Mundumpalam, Thrikkakkara etc. are some of the neighbouring localities here. This is the reason for the high real estate value of this region.
