The price range for these plots start somewhere around Rs. 7 to Rs. 8 lakhs, I guess. But the price ranges for the bigger plot is from Rs. 22 lakhs to Rs. 23 lakhs. Well, the cost per sq ft is somewhere around Rs. 1250, so, it looks like a good choice.

These plots are available in two sizes to the residents. The bigger of the two plots in the gated community is around 1,800 sq ft and the smaller of the two is around 600 sq ft. I am guessing the size of the plots is good enough to accomodate a family.
