Looks like Prestige High fields have some land issue on approach road to the project. Its been a long while and its not resolved yet with Government. Caution to buyers !!

It seems to be overpriced and the delivery is too late. I would suggest you go for Pacifica hillcrest or Lansum which are resonably priced. You can call Biswajit for details .

The price for the apartments in the gated community start at Rs.60.93 lakhs but they go upto Rs. 1.35 crores, depending on the size of the apartments. You can check out the master plans and images for the apartments here Residential projects in Hyderabad

Hi, The size are for the apartments vary and are built to accomodate both bachelors and families. The size area for a 2 bhk is 1283 sq ft and the bigger 2 bhk is around 1492 sq ft. The bigger 3 bhk is around 1,993 sq ft and the smaller is around 1742 sq ft, and the bigger 4 bhk is 2848 sq ft and the smaller one is 2700 sq ft.

The price per square foot should somewhere be around Rs. 4,750, the price rates for the apartments are more than expected but I am guessing it's because of the facilities that the apartments are providing to the residents. So, its not a bad choice.

I am not sure about the facilities that the apartments provide but I think they do offer some facilities like guest rooms, a library, a supermarket, a party hall, and a restaurant. For fitness freaks the apartments offer a badminton court, a squash court, an aerobics/ yoga room, a gymnasium, and a basketball court.

Hi, The apartments offer different kinds of flats to the residents. You can get a 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and a 4 bhk in the building. The booking period is still active, I am guessing. You should contact the builders for more information about the booking of flats.

The area around the project is quite decent gachibowli is one of the better localities to live in at Hyderabad. The project is located in close vicinity to reputed schools like Oakbridge, Srinidhi International School, Delhi Public School, and Indus international school.

Did you know that the apartments are being constructed on 21 acres of land in Gachibowli and I think there will be around ten blocks in the gated community. The construction is still under progress though and the dates for posession come out in Feb, 2020.

Hi, Prestige group has been a major player in the real estate market for quite some time now and I am pretty sure you must have heard about the builders. They have constructed several residential and commercial projects in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. Currently they are working on these apartments in Gachibowli.
