The area around the project has a lot of good schools in vicinity to it. Some of them include Scholars International School, Triveni Talent School, Sesame Street,Smartkids Play School, Phoenix Greens International School, Pavithra International School, and Gautami Talent School.

Hi, The starting prices for these villas is somewhere around Rs. 3.40 crores with a price per sq ft of Rs. 8,000. The prices go upto Rs. 3.60 crores depending on whether you book the bigger of the two villas.

The villas are set in two floors. In the ground floor there is ample parking space a bedroom with attached toilet and a separate living, dining area on the floor above there are two bedrooms with attached toilets and a separate living and dining area and on the top floor there is one bedroom with an attached toilet.

The 4 bhk villas are available in two variations. The bigger of the two 4 bhks is somewhere around 4500 sq ft and the smaller of the two is somewhere around 4250 sq ft. The surface area looks quite decent for a family of four.

Hi, are not these villas still under construction because the dates for posession come out in June 2016. But, if you are ready to wait till then, then the apartments are not a bad choice as they offer some pretty decent facilities.

Legend Estates have been in the real estate business for quite some time now and not only that they have also constructed around 70 residential and commercial project in cities like Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam.
