Hi, did you check out the master floor plans for the project. It seems like there are only less than a hundred units that have been put up for sale by the builders. Chek out floor plans here residential projects in hyderabad

Hi, Home loans for the apartment project can be found at LIC Housing Loans Finance. They have a tie up with the builders of the project. So, you can try for a loan there. I am not sure about any other financial institution that will provide you a home loan for the project.

Floor plans for the apartments have been released and a 2 bhk has two bedrooms with attached toilet, a separate living and dining area, and an attached kitchenette with a dedicated washing area. The size of rooms looks quite decent for two people.

The starting prices for a 2 bhk apartment range from Rs. 47 to Rs. 49 lakhs and similarly, the prices for a 3 bhk should be around Rs. 62 to Rs. 83 lakhs, depending on the size of the apartment you book.

I think there are a lot of major hospitals located in close proximity to the project. Some of these hospitals include Shadan Hospital, Well Care Clinic, Radhika Reddy Dental College, Sri Sathya Sai Hospital, Sushrutha Polyclinic, and St. Vincenza Helath Centre.

Some of the facilities that the apartments mention include a swimming pool, a garden area, some health facilities, wifi, a basketball court, a tennis court, a library, security personnel, some indoor games, maintenance staff, 24-hour backup, and a club house.

Both 2 and 3 bhk apartments in the building are avaialble in two different sizes, the bigger 2 bhk is 1311 sq ft and the smaller is 1239 sq ft. The 3 bhk is 1642 sq ft and the smaller of the two is around 2227 sq ft.

The apartments are still under construction I am guessing and it is being constructed on 0.83 acres of land in gachibowli area. The gated community will have 1 block with 5 floors. The dates of posession come out in march.

I am guessing that the apartments are a project of the Vishwa Residency constructions and they are still a new entrant in the real estate business and this is their first project in Hyderabad. So, not much can be said about the quality of their work as of now.
