Hi Bharath,

I'm not sure of the current price, i bought it last year at a pre-launch offer. On project completion, according to the company website, 80% of them are ready with brick work and plastering. They might release villas to customers for interior works in couple of months.

Hi Madhukar,

I would certainly recommend to invest in this area with this builder or some other who is reliable and has good track record. The reason for my recommendation is on quality of life, proximity to IT corridor and hassle free commute. On appreciation, I strongly feel this area has great potential for appreciation as the Gachibowly will be the main IT hub and it has to expand towards west and north-west.

Again, this my analysis of the area. Please do your homework before parting your hard earn money. Good Luck !!!

Hi, The project is located in close vicinity to a lot of major schools in the area. Some of these schools include ICFAI Business School, ICMR Centre for management and resources, Mokila Primary School, Indus International School, and Tangatur Hospital.

Check the floor plans of the apartments. The 5 bhk villa stands on two floors on the first floorthere are two bedrooms with attached toilets and a separate living cum dining area with a kitchen and on the 1st floor there are three bedrooms with attached toilets and a living area.

I guess the villa apartments are under construction and are not avialble for posession. The dates for posession only come out in December next year. But the booking period is still active and you can contact the builders for more information.
