These apartments are still under construction and the dates for possession only come out during the month of june this year. So, if you are ready to book a flat in the gated community then you should probably check with their builders about more information on booking.

Hi, The psf of these flats in the building is around Rs. 3,400/ sq ft and the starting prices for these apartments is around Rs. 40 to Rs. 41 lakhs and they go upto Rs. 54 to Rs. 55 lakhs.

Hi, The carpet area of a 2 bhk in the building is a little more than 1180 sq ft and then the carpet area of the 3 bhk apartment in the building is around 1610 sq ft carpet area. Looks good enough for a family.
