The project is located in close vicinity to a lot of major schools and hospitals in the area. Some of them include NASR Boys School, Blue Blocks Pre-School, Manthan International School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Prerna Waldorf School are some of the closest to the project.

If you are really interested in booking the villas then you should know that this gated community in gachibowli are being constructed on around 5 acres of land and the units that are available for sale are less than hundred in number.

The starting prices of these villas in the gated community is around Rs. 5 crore to Rs. 5.52 crore and the cost of these villas go upto Rs. 6 crore. The floor plans of the villas have still not been released.

Hi, the project is under construction and the work is being handled by Ramky Eastates. The real estate company was established 20 years back and they have worked on 8 residential projects in cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Warangal, and Rangareddy.

The villa type available in the gated community is 4 bhk and they are available in two variation types. The smaller of the two is around 4970 sq ft and the bigger of the two villas has a carpet area of about 5400 sq ft.

Hi, The gated community gives out some facilities to the residents including a garden area, security personnel, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a gymnasium, some indoor games, a play area for children, intercom for security issues, and a rain water harvesting system.

I am guessing that the gated community is still under construction and that the dates for possession come out in June 2015. But, the booking dates are still active and you can contact the builders for information related to booking.
