Worst response and attitude towards customers On 6 June 2019 we paid caution deposit about 4p92L to book a 2BHK flat in Phase C 1302 However we have requested cancellation due to the family emergency during covid on 12 Aug 2020 as my father has been hospitalized The initial response was that I will be refunded by deducting the minimal processing charges within 60 to 90 days I have been following up with Hillcrest for the past 3years and there is no positive response Now HillCrest says that as per the policy we need to pay back additional amount We don t understand the fact that we don t own a single brick or sand from HillCrest and still forfeiting hard earned money

I recently booked one in it. It is a good project especially for a city like Hyderabad where you want to invest at the lowest price. It is just 3500 per sq ft. And, the location is just fantastic. You should go through a channel partner, or else you will not get any discount...I did the same.

I am pretty sure that booking an apartment in the building will be a good choice. The property prices for these areas have been constantly increasing last time I checked it was around Rs. 4,800 and now it is around Rs. 5,000.
Hey, these apartments are available in various carpet size area. a two bhk ranges from 1282 - 1400 Sq. Ft., a three bhk is 1881 - 2008 Sq. Ft., and a four bhk is around 2635 - 2644 Sq. Ft. Look like quite dent flats.
I am guessing that the builders are still working on the project and because it is a huge campus it will take a little time for construction. The dates for possession have come out and they will be ready to occupy by the December, 2016.
Hey, I think that these apartments offer some nice two, three, and four bhks in the gated community. The starting prices for these apartments is around RS. 44 lakhs and they go upto Rs. 92.54 lakhs for a 4 bhk in the building.
