Property Values Along Metro Lines to go up

Q: Hello guys, the upcoming Hyderabad Metro Rail is a very huge development in the city and it is expected to increase the land value of the areas that fall along it. How much do you guys think that the price of these areas will increase by?

If you look at Delhi and Bangalore where the Metro is already complete, you can see that the areas in those cities that fall around these areas have seen an increase in value by about 40% to 60%.

Actually the first section of eight kilometers is ready, between Nagole and Mettuguda, but just opening 8 km of the metro line, Then there are three ROBs in that area, hence it does not make sense to open up a track, which will be congested due to construction.

But now the Hyderabad Metro rail is not ready and it is facing a lot of issues and it is said that it will not meet the dead line that it was supposed to. The metro rail was supposed to start by March 21st, but it is not happening now.

.The main aspect really is that metro rails are built over decades and keep extending as the city extends. Delhi started with 60 km, and now it is at 200 km, and as this goes on, you can see development as long as the metro rail is expanding.

Yes, the value of areas in and around where the Hyderabad Metro Rail is coming up will go up once the Metro starts functioning properly in the future. Many people will find it accessible to have a metro rail nearby, and that is why it is a preferred area to live in.
