Latest Answer: If you look at Delhi and Bangalore where the Metro is already complete, you can see that the areas in those cities that fall around these areas have seen an increase in value by about 40% to 60%.
Q:Hey, I have heard recently that the L&T is still facing road blocks and is still having some problem regarding the alignment of the route? Any updates on this?
Latest Answer: L&T facing a cost overrun of as much as Rs.3,000 crore on account of high interest cost and delays in execution. L&T has so far spent Rs.4,800 crore on the project, of which its equity contribution was Rs.1,500 crore.
