I am looking to buy a flat in Hyderabad in the price range of 30-40 lakhs, in any good decent area like Begumpet,Punjagu

Q: In past my family has invested in areas like Gachibowli, that side of the city and was very much in litigations. That is why I do not prefer that areas.

Adithya Serenade is a good project that is built in the Panjagutta area. It starts from rupees 50 lakhs i think. But they are nice apartments built by reliable builders. I think they will be a good choice too.

Adithya apartments in Panjagutta will be under your budget. Basic price starts from 27 lakhs and it ranges up to 40 lakh rupees. But I think this project only has 2 bhk apartments for sale.

I think it is better to go for an apartment by a reputed builder. The Legend Jagannath by the Legend Builders is a good apartment project in Ameerpet, but it is priced at a little more than the budget that you have mentioned. t starts from 45 lakhs for a 2 bhk flat. So, if you can aoofrd it, i suggest you go for it.

Divya Shakthi Apartments in Ameerpet also have some units for sale I have heard. I think the price for the units in here starts from rupees 24 lakhs and goes up to 30 lakhs.

Yes, Ameerpet is a good area as well to live in as well, and you will get a house for your budget in there. In ameerpet, there are these apartments called the Keerthi Apartments, which have 2 bhk apartments. COst of these starts from 33 lakhs, exclusing all the taxes and fees.

Actually, in that area, you wil not really find a lot of apartments and flats for sale, and even if you do... they are all usually pretty small in the carpet size. You should consider living in Ameerpet. It is closer to the areas that you have mentioned.

Hey is Somajiguda fine with you? There is an apartment in here caled Shanthi residency, where you can get 2 bhk apartments starting from rupees 32 lakhs or so. Somajiguda is a better residential area if you ask me.

Hey the Sai Kaizen apartments in Begumpet seem good. They have 2 bhk apartments starting from 34 lakhs rupees. So you should be able to get these apartments .

Have you heard about the Radha Krishna apartments in the same area? They are also pretty affordable. Basic price starts from 34 lakhs, with out the registration cost. You should visit the area once and see the apartments there.

There is an apartments in Begumpet called the Vishal Sagar Villa aprtments, where there are 2 bhk flats available, the budget for these flats from fuppes 29 lakh rupees, which I think is affordable only.

Hey the Maxcon Solanki apartments also have some units for sale. You should see that once, they are located in Begumpet as well. The price in Maxcon Solanki starts from 36 lakhs, so that it in your budget as well.

hey, in Panjagutta there are not many apartments for sale, but in Begumpet you will probably find some good apartments in your budget. There is this one apartment project called the Majestic Mansion, I think they have some units for sale in that budget. The basic price in here starts from 15 lakhs.
