M3M marina project is good for the investment. But you can also look on the ManorOne Gurgaon by kashishgroup. It would be a best option for the investment.

In my point of view, this project is very much suitable for both investors & end users. Being located in a prime decent location , this project has no issues in terms of connectivity & appreciations. As per my knowledge, development authority has taken good care of this locations, so no need to worry about civic issues.
