Q: I am looking for a 2 BHK apartment in East Pune. I checked few projects of Dreams Group, Mantra, Kumar. Looking for a Property consultant which can help me in shortlisting & finalizing projects according to my requirement. There are n number of property consultant but i need a reliable one.

They Educate customers about Pune Real Estate and the decision making factors. The consultant helped me from shortlisting right property & accompanied me while booking also.

HI Anurag,

Property selection is a tough task and hiring a property consultant is a good decision. I have personal experience with Nesting Dreams. They don't sale properties but they help in buying" and they mean it. I had gone to a builder in Baner & I was confused to take decision between two properties. The consultant guided me on loading, carpet area equation & also gave me Builder background. Therefore i could save almost 5% of the property value and took the better decision.
