In my point of view, this residential development is 3min commute far from NH-24 & 10 Min Drive From Shipra shopping center. Vishwa bharti School is adjoining this project . Fortis Hospital & Columbia Asia Hospital are 5min commute far from this project. Closest railway station is Ghaziabad Railway station which is 10mins far from this project. Proposed metro is around 5mins far from this project.

According to me, you should cross check all necessary documents of project before buying any property. If that time you found any issues like bank loan or something then you could avoid the project & go for another one. But here is a twist, after booking the flat in surya height , why are you thinking of moving to Uttam nagar ? What did trigger you to think of this ?
