Application that were rejected in the land regularisation in hyderabad

Q: Hello, Are the applications that were rejected in the land regularisation in hyderabad being considered again? What is the status of these applications.

Oh this is a good decision taken by the governmennt, only in this way. the number of beneficiaries under regularisation can be increased... right now the people who are actually gettingthe pattas are very less.

The pricess now is instead of rejecting applications, the government is accepting and passing on the applications relating to certain categories like in nalas, shikam, reserved forest, among others to government and leave the decision for them to take

The officials are are making efforts to complete verifications of all applications and even reverify all the earlier rejected applications with in a week

Actually, The change in the stance is said to be due to chief minister’s displeasure over poor number of eligible beneficiaries due to regularisation process taken up prestigiously.

Yes the rules have changed... Earlier verification teams were also strict on all the related documents. Now we have directed them to check whether the applicant is real owner or not and go ahead with further process

Some rules have changed in this system as well... While earlier verification teams were directed to reject applications in objectionable lands outright, now instructions have been given to teams to take up a reverification of all the rejected applications and be liberal in scrutiny.

Now, the fate of around 23,000 applications is lying in the hands of state government as they are in nalas, shikam, reserved forests, among other contentious categories.

Yes, right now I think more than 42,000 applications are related to dwellings in lands falling under central government’s purview like those in Railways, Defence and other organisations

Yes and as a result among the total 1.42 lakh applications, after various rounds of verification, till now just about 1,000 applications have been readied as pattas for distribution..

about 1.42 lakh applications were received for regularisation under GO 58 in the district, about 70 percent of applications are related to dwellings in objectionable lands like in shikam lands, nalas, assigned, bhoodhan, grave yards, railways, defence and other central government lands.. and all these applications were actually rejected by the government

Hey, there is recent news regarding the land regularisation that is happening in hyderabad... as of now.. all the rejected applications are being taken up for reverification.
