Review regarding ARS Greenshire

Q: I am planning to buy a property from ARS Greenshire.
This is located in Sompura and 2.5 Km from Dommasandra.
I want the review of this ARS builder:
Ex: Location wise, clearance wise, approval wise (as they are saying approved through BMRDA) etc

Hi,
Can you please let me know the approvals for this project, as they are saying some deviations are there. I just wanted to know about the legal approval as tomorrow we don't want to face any such complication ans leads to unnecessary penalties. Please share if anybody have any idea about their land and approvals from Panchayat and other local bodies. Kindly clarify...

As far as I know the project has got approval from BDA and banks like Axis, Punjab National Bank and ICICI Home Finance

A wrong place to choose , they claim its all ready . But the electricity is not done yet and some temporary arrangement is made. The play area is not ready yet , the lift is not ready and they are not even sure when it will be ready . The gym is not ready .

You should go and look at the place and you will get an idea .

Then how can they claim that the project is ready to move in. They are misguiding people :( :(

The project is ready to move in by May 2015 and the project is loaded with basic amenities.

Hi Prabhakar, Recently I have inquired about the project and it was told to me that the project has got approvals from BMRDA and banks like Punjab National Bank, LIC Housing Finance, Andhra and Axis Bank. ARS Greenshire is a ready to move in project by ARS Properties. The builder has completed one project that is ARS Sunshine in Sarjapur Road only.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2500 and the booking amount is Rs 1 lakh
