Q: It is saying bbmp A khata abd bmrda approval.it has bmrda approval but bmrda ha approved only 160 flats.and there is no A khata

How much is the booking amount and when is the estimated possession?

Booking amount for a 2bhk is Rs 2 lakhs and booking amount for a 3bhk is Rs 3 lakhs. The project is expected to get completed within 8 months

Hi Kishori, Vandana Revivals Spring Woods has been approved by BMRDA and State Bank of India. The project is having 180 units, from where did you get to know that only 160 units have been approved.
