Owner having two flats in a CHS

Q: Sir,
An owner has purchased two flat, side by side, and only one family stays in both the flats. He refuses to pay maintenance for both the flats, and is paying maintenance for only one of them. What can the society do in such a case?

Hi, as per my knowledge owner of one or more unit occupied have also pay maintenance charge for individual flat . there is no any concession for taking more flat any paying for one. If owner denying for paying the same you can approach local consumer forum or take the help of legal advisory.
