How is the locality of Pashan in terms of real estate investment? Which are it's neighboring localities? How is the project connectivity to its neighboring areas? Is it worth investing here?

Pashan, located off the Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway, bypassing Pune. It is surrounded by Sus village in the west, Bavdhan in the South, Baner in the north and Pune University in the east. It is well connected via good roads to all the neighboring places like, Baner, Aundh, Bavdhan, University Square, Sus village. The railway station is only 10-Km away and the airport is about 15-km. Since, connectivity is a major factor for real estate development, the road connectivity has attracted many real estate developers in Pashan.

Pate, Courtyard, Pashan is a residential project by Pate developers, spread over 0.55 acres of land constructing 30 units of 2BHK from 937-1126 sq-ft. and it's current asking rate will be Rs.5850/sq-ft. All the daily needs like bus stop, hospital, banks/ATMs, commercial complex, hospital, park, play school, petrol pump, train station, restaurants etc all are present in the neighborhood.

Pate Courtyard, Pashan is a Pune Municipal Corporation approved project and all the required approvals are in place. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it. This project is under construction and as per developer, it's possession date will be June-July'2017.
