Hi Biman, Check all the documents provided by the builder and visit the site twice or thrice before booking. If possible check their completed project and talk with the owners.

You can go for United Elysium. The project seems to be good and builder is also having good reputation. The project has got all the necessary approvals and the possession is by last quarter of 2015.

Kadugodi is a nice residential locality and is well connected to other parts of the city. The area is surrounded by International Schools, super market and hospitals. It is 10 mins drive from ITPL and EPIP.

SLV Sunflower Apartment have been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis and LIC Housing Finance. There is no negative review about the builder and project. You can take help from you r legal expert to cross check all the documents.
