Q: Seven tier II cities ( Mysore, Shimoga, Hubli, Dharwad, Raichur, Belgaum, Gulbarga and Bellary ) of Karnataka that promises to change the real estate market in the city
To some extent I agree that Mysore, Shimoga, Hubli and Dharwad is going to change the real estate market in the city but what about Raichur, Gulbarga and Belgaum. How???
Raichur is having excellent connectivity via rail and road to important cities of the country like Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc. Adding to this, the proposed airport construction and the extension of Yermarus will play an important role in the real estate market.
Recently Gulbarga has be renamed as Kalburg, it is around 623 kms from Bangalore. In the last few years, the locality has witnessed a sharp increase in built-up area to 21%. The city shows signs of great real estate potential in the days to come.
SHIMOGA: In last 9 years, the city bore witness to urban category from 13% to 33%, which increased the demand for residential units. The property price is expected to increase in future because road widening project and construction of an airport work is going on.
