If the builders dont give what they have promised then what can we do

Q: They have made a small community hall,temple is just a showcase,gym promised but not provided,made flats in every open space,rooftop decoration guaranteed but not given.

Hi, for this first step is to ask directly with the builder why you are not providing as per plan. secondly when you have purchase the property you have sign agreement paper , Check for agreement paper which will include the provision of amenities.
