HI Shahbaz, VAT vary from state to state and VAT is calculated on the basic of three components Land cost(approx 35%), material cost(approx 25%) and labour+services cost.MAterial cost in kolkata @ the rate of 14.5%. ST is applicable in labour and services cost.
