From June 2015 possession means what ???

Q: Is there any end date or any specific date that Arcvista can give from June 2015 can go up to June 2020 also.

Don't try to cheat customers by giving a false commitments . Provide an exact date that when the possession will be given. It is easy to change dates on the online sites try to understand customer concerns.

Have you ever marked mail or called customers to intimate the same you people are least bothered because you have got your money .

Is this the way you are giving importance to customers ?? This signifies the importance and the way you are treating customers..

If there is any humanity the atleast you can change your selves and address customers concerns those who have purchased the flats.

No possession is confirmed. Even existing people are not getting possession and no one is paying attention to existing customers.

Totally agree with you dear, Project is delay because of slow construction and issue in getting NOC from authorities.Builder person is saying project is approved by PMC but I don't think so...

Hello dear, What is the current rate per sq ft going on? Which all bank are providing loan for this project? I want to take loan from SBI?

Hi,
I am also thinking to buy a flat in Arcvista Project launched by Mittal Group. The project is quite impressive. The current rate they offer me is Rs 4700 per sq ft. And for 2 BHK of 1000 sq ft cost around 57 lakhs. Yes, you can take the loan from SBI, there is no issue in getting the home loan for this project. The project has got approval from PMC and banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC and LIC.

I'm quite impressed by this project and trying to book flat over there. Project is located in in Dhanori, Near Tingre Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Pune.Arcvista has been designed in a free-flowing configuration, divided into two segments which are both independent and interlinked. Each segment has got its own spaces, profuse, greenery, play & stroll areas and arc shaped towers.
Guys, guide me whether to buy or not?

I have bought 1 BHK, excellent experience with this builder but overall construction is very slow and project is well connected with the main road. So there is no need to worry about the proposed road and connectivity.As per my view, the Dhanori DP plan 60 feet road is proposed which will divide the society in two segments and one 40 feet road connect to Dhanori main road in front of mayur killbill.

Hi Musthak, you are right most of the builder now a days giving false information while sale of properties so it better that you can check properties before purchasing any unit.
