Planning to invest in Golden Homes III Bangalore.

Q: I was really only looking to buy an apartment, but some villas in Bangalore really turned my head. More precisely this gated community called Golden Homes III, its a Golden Gate development. Can anyone give me more info on this property?

It seems there will be 152 villas in Phase III. The possession is by 2015 end. The project offers 5 types of villas plots namely: Arum( Plot area: 1500 sqft), Bluebell Plot area 1800 sqft), Camillae ( Plot area: 2800 sqft), Daffodil ( Plot area: 4000 sqft) and Erica (Plot area: 2000 sqft)

The project is located at Sarjapur Attibele Road, Near Indus International School. Close to IT Hubs Electronic City and Sarjapur Road. Golden Homes Phase III offers 3 and 4 bhk luxurious villas. The project has been approved by BMRDA and it is spread over 50 acres of land.

Man, I absolutely cant believe Ill be living in these villas in Bangalore! At first it seemed like a dream, and now my wife and I could ask for nothing more than Golden Homes III. Simply a perfect place for the whole family!
