I would like to know about a project named Navyangan Integrated Township in Pirangut - New Pune. Is it a good investment option ?

Hi Rithwik, Before investing in any property first, I think you must check the past track record of the builder. The property prices in Pune varies from 3500 to 6000 psf on an average depending on the location and the reputation of the developer.This area is less expensive compared to other parts of the city.you could anticipate an appreciation of 5-8% per annum in the overall residential property market in Pune.

Hi Ujwal, Pirangut is one of the best locality where you get your dream home within your budget.The average capital value of 1BHK units sized 600-700 sq ft is within Rs 18 -40 lakh. The cost of 2BHK units sized 800-1050 sq ft is within Rs 25-55 lakh.

I really agree with you !! I have also invested in Navyangan in Pirangut.Buyers with long-term plans can get good returns as the area is predicted to witness development within the next 4-5 years.Most of the buyers are the investor or those looking for second homes.

Pirangut is located on Chandani Chowk and Lavasa Road that further connects it to the Mumbai Pune Bypass Road. Thorough Lavasa Road, the locality is also in proximity to Hinjewadi – the IT hub. Due to this reason professionals in Hinjewadi also prefer to stay in this locality.

As per builder salesperson project is expected to complete till Nov 2017 and also builder has tied up with SBI and axis bank.Hence there is no difficulty while getting a loan for this project.
