Hi , recently I have contact with the builder person , project offer 1/2/3 bhK unit, I ask for 2bhk unit having 801 sq/ft with the rate of 3300 per sq ft. He told me that 2bhk unit come around 33.50 lakh inclusive of all charges.
@ Vatsa, price is negotiable when you visit the site and while finalizing builder person promised to give 2 % discount on BSP. Project is going to construct in phase wise. first phase of tower A B C D is expected to complete in June 2017.
Project is covered in 14 acres of land with total unit 1250 in entire township. so in my view it is good project for investment. Phase 1 consist of 432 unit with 4 tower.
