According to the report, around 41% of the total units were launched in the south-east submarket, mainly along Sarjapur Road and Hosur Road. An additional 25% in the North submarket, in Yelahanka and around Kogilu.
The reason this area has seen maximum launches is because of the enhanced connectivity and increasing IT-ITeS developments.
