Q: how can verify the project is legal or not ,I am checking for Shri Diya Viola project Sarjapur road Bangalore. And what are document builder need to provide after Registration to me . As per the builder it is under BMRDA approval. when can verify this project

I have seen the project it is near to completion. Which all banks are providing home loan for this project and what is the rate going on?

Yes the project will get completed by another 2-3 months time. Banks like LIC, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and PNB has approved the project. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3100 and booking amount is Rs 1 lakh.

Yes the project has been approved by BMRDA. You check the legalities you have to take help from your legal expert or lawyer. Ask the builder to provide you all the necessary documents and cross check the documents with the help of the lawyer.
