Q: Want to buy plot in Yapral. Can anyone suggest as to why the plot rates in this zone of Hyderabad city so low(12000/-sq yard). Is it a good choice to purchase plot for residential purpose?

Thanks Abdul for the info. Is there any future development scope as today read about CM KCR plan for building secretariat in the nearby location.

Hi , Yapral, suburb in Hyderabad is good location for residential purpose but it will take time for development of residential society and area is full of open space and it is right time for investor for buying properties in this location with low price. Rs 2500 to Rs 2800 per sq ft are the average price for plot in this area.
