This project has come under scanner from various agencies including GHMC and Army,for not meeting the laid down norms of construction,and safety measures,as also not obtaining a clearance from defence being close to firing range.future is uncertain

About the payment for these buildings, around 20% of the total amount can be paid by cash or by cheque, and after that the remaining amount of money can be paid with the help of the bank loans or so. They are giving you an option to transfer the money online too, the 20% amount.

The present price per sq ft for these apartments right now is 2450 rupees, but the price is negotiable though. So in the case of the 3 bhk apartments, the total price will come close to 40 lakhs or so.

Hey the possession of these apartments will start soon now. In two more months, the builders will start that possession of these apartments. But they wont be ready to move in to though.

The basic sizes of these flats starts from 1635 sq ft to 1660 sq ft, for the 3 bhk apartments. and right now only the painting work is remaining and a few final touches are required and these project will be ready soon enough.

Hey Yapral is a good place to live in. It is very peaceful and has a lot of greenery. Also, you have many schools around like Bhavans Sri Rama Krishna Vidyalaya, Army Publi School, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Mount Litera Zee School. Many hospitals are also available around like Care Poulomi, Shreyas hospital and Raghavendra Nursing home.

Hello Ramya! I have checked out this project too. They have 2 bhk, 2 and a half bhk and 3 bhk flats for sale and rent. I think the price for these flats starts at around 25 lakhs for the 2 bhk apartments and for the 3 bhk apartments, the price is around 40 lakhs or so.

Hey this project is still under construction if I am not wrong. I think the date of possession starts from around November 2016. If you can wait around till then, then you can take up an apartment here. They seem good.

Hey The G K Pride apartment project is offering many facilities like Swimming pool, security, ATM inside the apartments, wifi facility, indoor games, community hall, club house and a play area for kids, You need not worry about the facilities. everything is being provided. :)

Hey Ramya, the G K Pride apartments is a 5 floor project that is coming up in Yapral. They have a total of 6 blocks i think , and they are offering as many as 100 to 500 units for sale.
