Yes Raj , that is right. According to me, after you fill up the registration form in sub register office, you have to collect important documents , like 2 recent photos & identity proof. This registration form you can get it by downloading from the web site. After you collect all needed documents for the registration, you can now apply in front of sub register along with your form.
